what i've been loving lately...

Hello everybody, and welcome to today's post! This post consists of the items I've been loving lately/ mid-september favourites. Winter is finally gone in Australia ! Woo hooo !! With spring finally here, I've been trying some new products that are amazing!

The first product I've been loving is the Sukin Detoxifying Facial Scrub. This scrub is really gentle and lightly, but deeply, exfoliates the skin. The exfoliating beads really help erase oil, sweat, dirt, and makeup. This scrub has really helped the appearance of my skin. The only thing to consider about the scrub is that the scrub literally brings out your impurities, so don't use this scrub the night before an important event.
My second item is a book. The book is an illustrated biography of Coco Chanel's life. This book is really special and is filled with the most beautiful images. I've learnt so many things about Coco Chanel like, did you know she was an orphan?! I'm a BIG fashion enthusiast, meaning I adore Coco Chanel, also resulting in another favourite book of mine! The book isn't just filled with illustrations, but there is also text.

Another favourite of mine is the Nude by Nature Buffing Brush. I have struggled for a while to find the perfect brush for foundation. I love this brush as it leaves my foundation looking really airbrushed and flawless. I have not been able to put down this brush, you could call me obsessed!
This facial spray is my fourth favourite! Mario Badescu Rosewater and Aloe Facial Spray is amazing!!! This spray is really hydrating and I love spraying it constantly on my face as it's very refreshing. Another awesome factor about this spray as it can be used to set your makeup!

Next is my Mozi Fig & Rhubarb Candle. This scent is so refreshing and I love it. It's the perfect spring scent and when you burn it the aura is so strong and really fills the room. I've burned this candle multiple times and it's really lasting well, I can tell this is going to be the scent of my room all spring and summer!
Now for accessories, this watch has been my saviour! I love the colours because who doesn't love rose gold and blush?! This watch spices up any outfit and is so versatile. Another plus is it's so affordable, yet looks a million bucks!

The Body Shop Coconut Hand Cream is my next favourite. This hand cream is moisturizing, after using it my hands are so incredibly soft. Also, the scent of coconut is really appealing, it smells so good my mouth nearly waters every time I use it! The hand cream also comes in a huge variety of flavours to chose from!
Another item I have been loving is the Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24-Hour Eyeshadow. The shade of mine is called Barely Branded and it's the perfect gold/coppery colour. This creme eyeshadow has been my go to product for the eyes at the moment. I pop this eyeshadow on messily with my ring finger then I grab a matte brown for the crease and blend, blend, blend. It's the perfect everyday eyelook!

My last two favourites are TV shows. I've been loving 'How to Get Away with Murder' and 'Stranger Things'. These shows are both on Netflix and other online streaming websites. I don't want to give away any spoilers but I'll just give you a brief description about both shows.

How to Get Away with Murder is about a group of ambitious law students and their brilliant criminal defense professor become involved in a twisted murder plot that promises to change the course of their lives. Many secrets are unravelled and scandals that will leave your jaw open wide.
Stranger Things is inspired by a time when tales of science fiction captivated audiences. When a mother's 12-year-old son, Will, goes missing, she launches a terrifying investigation into his disappearance with local authorities. As they search for answers, they unravel a series of extraordinary mysteries involving secret government experiments, unnerving supernatural forces, and a very unusual little girl.

I hope you really enjoyed this weeks post and want to try out some of these products! I will see you next time with another post!

top 5 favourite eyeshadow palettes

hiii,
for todays post I will be reviewing my top 5 fav eyeshadow palettes. I am a massive lover of eyeshadow palettes and they are starting to become a guilty pleasure as they can get on the pricey side but I can't stop buying them! They are all so beautiful but i've narrowed it down to my top 5, so here we go.
1. Naked Palette
2. Naked 3 Palette
I'll review these 2 together because the quality of the eyeshadows are pretty much the same. These eyeshadows are an absolute dream to apply as they are so pigmented and blend so nicely. They are quite expensive but to me they are totally worth it. The packaging of both palettes are stunning and I particularly like how the mirrors are so big and clear. The palette also comes with a double ended brush which is the best touch ever. The Naked Palette ranges from lighter to darker shades of gold while the Naked 3 is full of pinky nudes which I think suit me best.
3. Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette
This palette is literally the cutest! I love Too Faced packing. They really go the extra mile to make their products stand out. This palette is based around a chocolate bar as shown by the packaging, the smell (yes the eyeshadows actually smell like chocolate), and the names of the eyeshadows. I am obsessed with the colours that have been chosen for this palette. They give you so many looks for so many different styles. My favourite shade shade is probably marzipan. With that all over my lid with one of the matte browns in the crease is perfect!
4. Tarte Tartlette Palette
This palette is the most beautiful and sophisticated thing I have ever seen. The eyeshadows look absolutely gorgeous when applied as a natural look. I think this is the perfect matte palette out. It has every matte shade you could ever need. My favourite thing to do it apply maybe 2 or 3 shades on my lid and crease and then finish off with a MAC glitter pot.
5. Sleek Storm Palette
I love sleek! They do such good quality eyeshadows for a great price. If you don't have the money for a high end palette then sleek is where to look. Their eyeshadows are just as creamy and pigmented. The storm palette is my favourite and is definitely my most used. The shades are perfect for an all over the lid colour and are super easy and quick to blend. The names of the shadows are super cool and I like how the colours vary quite a bit.
That's it for todays post. We hope you have had a lovely day and we look forward to seeing you next time.
